FUNERAL DIRECTOR / FUNERAL ARRANGER

Responsibilities:

Leading family arrangement conferences, designing custom funeral plans and executing funeral services

Provide service quality excellence in all funeral related services exhibiting leadership and teamwork responsibilities; always assuring that family / customer satisfaction is paramount

Qualifications:

  • California Drivers License
  • California Funeral Directors License and previous Funeral Director experience
  • Extraordinary communication and organizational skills are required for this highly rewarding position.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and a desire to provide the highest quality service to families.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • The ideal candidate will be a self starter, detail oriented and able to work independently as well as follow directions with attention to detail.
  • Candidate must have all around excellent customer service skills
  • Candidates should have basic computer and office skills

GENERAL OFFICE CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical support to the funeral arranger during the funeral arrangement process
  • Perform accurate data entry of all vital statistic information
  • Perform accurate data entry and processing of funeral purchase contract
  • Maintain a close relationship to the day to day activities, assisting and contributing to the overall efficiency of the funeral arranger and follow through with other tasks when needed
  • Position is responsible to ensure funeral arrangers meet their described duties in a timely manner
  • Ensure funeral service scheduling is kept current at all times throughout all locations and information is accurate and complete
  • Back up phone coverage
  • Process Insurance Assignments

RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a top quality front lobby receptionist  with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering and directing calls using a multi-line telephone system, greeting visitors and providing a full range of business office administrative and clerical duties in support of department operations as needed.
